I don’t know what people are consuming, but CBD has been a life-saver here in California, where we have a lot of experience with it. My question, can anyone recommend ‘which CBD oil to use/buy for sleep please? I have a dreadful time getting any ‘normal’ deep sleep, but can’t risk using this CBD oil I have again.
